Our small startup team of six, spread across different countries, chose Brisa Villa for our annual
work-holiday trip, and it was perfect. The AC coworking space kept us productive, while the
beach and nearby restaurants made it easy to relax. The staff kept everything spotless, and the

Yoga retreat
We had the best time at Brisa Villa for our surf and yoga trip! The villa was spacious, spotless, and in
the perfect location—just a short walk to Kabalana Beach for surfing and close to amazing yoga spots
in Ahangama. The team helped us find the right surf school and arranged smooth airport transfers.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place, on top of everything, the villa is great for pictures, which is
always a plus as some of us are content creators.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, giving us time to fully prepare the villa for your arrival. We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day. This ensures that the villa can be cleaned and readied for the next guests. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability for such requests.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate changes in your plans. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee. We understand that unexpected events can occur, so please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any concerns or special circumstances regarding your cancellation.
Is the villa suitable for families or large groups?
Yes, the villa is perfectly suited for families and groups. With 3 spacious bedrooms and multiple common areas, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The large open-plan living and dining areas are ideal for gatherings, and the private outdoor space, including the pool and garden, offers plenty of room for relaxation and activities. If you have any specific requirements, such as cribs or high chairs for children, please let us know in advance.
Are pets allowed at the villa?
